The Nansen Initiative on climate change and displacement is due to be formally launched by Norway and Switzerland at a side event of UNHCR’s Executive Committee in October 2012. This is a welcome development and Foresight is pleased to accept the invitation to participate in the work of the Nansen Consultative Committee. This report represents Foresight’s contribution to the launch of the Nansen Initiative.
